PAYMENT

Can be via WorldPay or Phone using debit/credit cards or by cheque to Unit 20, JBJ Business Park, Northampton Road, Blisworth, Northants, NN7 3DW. Cheques made payable to "Pro Tiler Tools"

We respect customer privacy. No one will be given your details.

SHORTAGES

Any shortages MUST be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

RETURNS

We aim to provide an excellent service for our customers but we understand there may be times when goods have to be returned.

Please return goods unused and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving them.

We will exchange the goods or provide you with a refund.....whichever you require.

Any goods that appear to be faulty, we will refund the return postage once the item has been inspected and agreed to be faulty, and we will return replacements free of charge including postage.

However on exchanges there may be a restocking charge, and the standard delivery charge, according to weight and value will apply.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
