All goods ordered before 2.30pm are despatched that same day for next day delivery, goods despatched on Fridays will arrive on the following Monday. Royal Mail sent items will be sent on their 1st Class ‘Signed For’ service.

To guarantee a 'NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY' for these items, please select a timed delivery option.
PLEASE NOTE, THAT WHEN SIGNING FOR DELIVERIES, THAT YOU ARE SIGNING TO SAY THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THEM AND IN GOOD CONDITION. IF YOU SIGN AND THEN FIND SOMETHING IS DAMAGED, THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO, SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR DELIVERY THOROUGHLY.
Any Damage MUST be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
PLEASE NOTE, THAT IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR A TIMED DELIVERY AND IT DOESN’T ARRIVE ON TIME, YOU MUST WRITE THE ARRIVAL TIME WHEN SIGNING FOR THE DELIVERY. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL MEAN THAT WE CAN’T ISSUE A CREDIT FOR THE MISSED TIMED DELIVERY.

If an item is not available at the time of order, we will inform you.
Any shortages MUST be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
We accept NO responsibility for deliveries where special Instructions are given by the customer to leave parcels safe without a signature.
We aim to provide an excellent service for our customers but we understand there may be times when goods have to be returned.
Please return goods (At your expense) unused and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving them.
We will exchange the goods or provide you with a refund.....whichever you require. (Original Postage is NOT Refundable)
Any goods that appear to be faulty, we will refund the return postage once the item has been inspected and agreed to be faulty, and we will return replacements free of charge including postage.
However on exchanges there may be a restocking charge, and the standard delivery charge, according to weight and value will apply.
Non Acceptance of a delivery which is returned to us, will incur another standard delivery charge + £10.00 + vat.
PLEASE NOTE POSTAGE CHARGES FOR ITEMS PURCHASED & SENT OUTSIDE THE UK AND REQUIRE TO BE RETURNED EITHER FOR REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY OR FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE CUSTOMER.
WE DO NOT PAY THE POSTAGE EITHER WAY OUTSIDE THE UK.
