Opening Hours

Working Days as standard are Monday – Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. This means we will be closed Christmas Day (Tuesday 25^th December), Boxing Day (Wednesday 26^th December), and New Year’s Day (Tuesday 1^st January). Excluding these mentioned dates we will be opening as normal, although we may have reduced staff between Friday 21^st December and Wednesday 3^rd January, so we thank you for your patience.

 

Christmas Deliveries

Christmas is the busiest time of year for our couriers, so Standard Delivery and Next Working Day delivery services can potentially be delivered outside of the normal delivery hours, which are generally 6am – 8pm. To help with your delivery, please advise us of any delivery instructions that may be required for the couriers to provide a smooth delivery.

 

We do everything we can to make sure your deliveries arrive on time. Although there are countless unforeseen issues that can occur which can cause delays, such as extreme weather, vehicle breakdowns, and illness. We’re sorry if we’re late. If you think there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can act quickly and resolve it for you.

 

We offer a wide range of products which vary in all sorts of shapes, sizes and weight, which mean certain products are sent different to others. Some items such as Tile Trim may have different order cut-offs and delivery times to smaller standard items. Please be sure to check the products’ page for any notes advising of ‘order by’ times or delivery terms.

 

Our suppliers are winding down and taking a break for Christmas too, which means some products may not be immediately available, as they normally are. Tile Edging Trim and Tools sent directly from the supplier may not be available until January 2^nd 2019. Adhesives and Grouts stocks may be replenished in the same week.
