How to Apply Slurry Primer Correctly

1. Prepare the substrate. Remove loose debris, grease, and dust with work gloves. Repair any cracks or major imperfections first.

4. Tile as normal. Apply your tile adhesive or bedding mortar directly over the  surface following standard  practice and then apply your primed covering.

To calculate how much slurry primer you need, divide the total paving area by the product’s coverage rate, then add around 10% extra to allow for waste and application losses. A bag of 20kg normally covers 15m2 so if you need to cover 40m², you may require approximately 3 bags of 20kg UltraScape Slurry Primer, or 3 tubs of ProJoint Slurry Primer 20kg.
