RUBI describe their TZ manual cutters are PURE POWER. Its maximum power of 1500 kg and its exclusive and patented breaker mechanism allows the user to operate the cutter with one hand, thus facilitating the work with large formats of ceramic tile.

 

Thanks to the patented design of the head guiding system, the TZ manual cutter offers smooth and precise scoring, even though the pressure loading when scoring increases. The geometry of the guides, made of extruded aluminum, ensures optimum transportation and reduces the stresses of cutting. Together with the aluminum guides, the RUBI TZ steel chassis gives the manual cutter a resistance to bending and strength never before seen in a manual ceramic tile cutter.

The TZ models have been specially designed to work with large format tiles. Available in 4 different models, the TZ supports formats up to 155 cm in straight cut or 110 × 110 cm in diagonal cut.

We are aware that the bigger the ceramic material to be cut, the bigger the size, and, above all, the weight of the cutter. For this reason, one of the most worked concepts by RUBI in the TZ has been that of transportability.

All models of TZ incorporate rubber wheels to facilitate the mobility of the tool by any surface, reducing the impacts and vibrations that may be generated during transportation.

It includes a transport handle that allows the operator to move it where it needs it.

 

Its high cutting capacity and maximum power of 1500 kg allow you to cut pieces up to 21 mm thick. With the possibility of regulating the working position and adapt the power of the machine according to the thickness of the material.

The separator assembly of the TZ has 3 working positions.

Position 0 is used for the scratching of the ceramic tile.

Position 1 allows us to separate tiles with thicknesses between 16 and 21 mm.

Position 2 is used to separate ceramic tiles with a thickness of 15 mm. Or lower.

The swivel bracket, with removable ends, and the locking system, guarantee the precision of the cuts and facilitate the realization of the angular cuts. The patented side stop, 30 cm long, offers a large support surface for repetitive cuts when working with large-format ceramic tiles.
