Its deep-penetrating formula strengthens the material from within, effectively resolving water seepage issues while creating a powerful barrier against water percolation. By preventing the formation of mould, algae, moss, and efflorescence, it helps preserve the appearance and structural integrity of treated surfaces.

The treatment also protects and consolidates grout lines while penetrating fine cracks ranging from 0.5 μm to 1 mm, making them water repellent and reducing the risk of further deterioration.
