Combined with a built-in vacuum on the IQ228 Cyclone CE keeps the blade cool while cutting.
This 180mm blade is our proprietary composition of diamond concentration, metal type and flange thickness that cuts cool while reducing vibration and movement. This blade is recommended when focusing on Ceramic and Marble.
While cooling, the vacuum also removes the cutting debris so the blade is not regrinding the same material, reducing friction and heat.
IQ Blades stay cool to the touch with no warping or wandering and have the precision and versatility that matches the quality of a wet blade.
