Price Match Guarantee Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: Our Price Match Guarantee applies to identical items available for purchase on our website and the competitor's website. The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the time of price matching.
The comparison for price matching will be based on identical products, including brand, model, colour, size, and specifications. We reserve the right to determine whether the products are sufficiently similar for price-matching purposes.
Qualifying Competitors: We will match the prices of select competitors' websites. Competitors must be based in the UK and must be authorised retailers of the product.
Price Verification: To request a price match, customers must provide proof of the lower price, including the live URL of the competitor's product page displaying the lower price, or a picture of a paper quote on company-headed paper. Customers must provide clear and legible documentation supporting their price match request, clearly showing the lower price, date and the competitor's details.
The Price Match Guarantee is valid for quotes obtained within 10 days from the date of quote. Price match requests submitted after this period will not be honoured.
Price match requests are subject to approval by our customer service team. We reserve the right to deny any price match request that does not meet our terms and conditions or that we determine to be fraudulent or deceptive.
Delivery: When comparing prices for our Price Match Guarantee, the total purchase price, including any applicable taxes and delivery costs, will be taken into consideration. The competitor's total price, including delivery costs, will be compared to our total price, inclusive of delivery charges.
Customers must provide documentation that clearly indicates the total price of the item, including any associated delivery costs, on both our website and the competitor's website. This documentation must be provided at the time of the price match request for verification purposes.
The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to differences in delivery costs alone. We reserve the right to exclude delivery costs from the price match comparison if the delivery terms and conditions, such as speed of delivery or delivery methods, significantly differ between our website and the competitor's website.
Customers are encouraged to review our delivery terms and conditions, including shipping rates, delivery times, and available delivery options, before making a price match request. Any discrepancies related to delivery terms will be taken into consideration during the price match verification process.
Exclusions: Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to the following:
Prices offered by marketplace sellers, third-party sellers, auction sites, or membership-based retailers (e.g., Amazon Marketplace, eBay, Facebook, Gumtree etc.).
Promotional prices, including but not limited to Black Friday sales, Cyber Monday sales, flash sales, clearance sales, and bundle offers.
Prices that require a separate purchase (e.g., buy one, get one free).
Prices that require a coupon code, rebate, gift card, or store credit.
Prices that are limited in quantity, out of stock, or on backorder.
Limitations: Our Price Match Guarantee may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. We reserve the right to reject any price match request if the terms and conditions are not met or if the competitor's pricing is deemed to be a typographical error.
Discretion: All decisions regarding our Price Match Guarantee are at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any price match request that we determine does not meet our criteria.
Confidentiality: Any personal information collected during the price match process will be handled per our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to process the price match request.
Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
