Your updates to me including delivery times and even the driver's name are way above the call of duty and I thank you so much for it. I would like you to pass this on to the rest of the team and I will not only be leaving great feedback for you, but will also recommend you highly to my friends and colleagues.... I feel there are too many people complaining about service and not enough praise so I hope to reverse this process!!
