Perfect for drilling holes in ceramic tiles during installation, and allows professional ceramic tile fixers to obtain the best results in their finishes.
The diamond drill bits are ideal for drilling stoneware tiles, porcelain stoneware, and granite and marble pieces.
Made up of: a MULTIDRILL guide; a 1.2-litre capacity water tank with a manual pressure pump; 2m of hose; 6 diamond bits (Ø 20, 28, 35, 43, 50, 68 mm.), and a practical carrying case.
The diamond band on the drill bits are centred and is joined to the body of the drill by laser welding.
Must ALWAYS be used cooled with water and with an electric drill without a hammer.
The MULTIDRILL centring guide (ref. 50944) is recommended for centring holes up to Ø83mm in diameter. For perforations with diameters greater than Ø84mm, the use of the guide (ref. 50900) is recommended.
The average life of the diamond drill bits is 60 holes and ALWAYS depends on the type of material, its thickness and correct cooling and use.
The drilling depth of the diamond drill bits is 30mm (33mm for diameters of Ø55 and 75mm).
Before drilling a new hole, you must make sure that the drill bit is clean and free of any obstruction or remaining material.
The maximum speed of use for the diamond drill bits is 900 rpm, except in diameters of Ø 100 and 120mm, in which the maximum speed of use is 450 rpm.
For a better finish and longer life of the drill, it is important to respect the correct turning speed and apply moderate pressure while drilling.
